The coxswains role is vital to the success of the team.  From relatively simple tasks of getting the boat on the water to more complex responsibilities like motivating the team during practices and races and initiating strategy.  Barnstable Rowing and Cape Cod Crew are always looking for bright, self-confident, petite young women with a take charge attitude to fill the role as coxswain.
