Barnstable Rowing Club Barnstable Rowing, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization focused on promoting a high-level of rowing on Cape Cod. Founded in 1987, Barnstable Rowing, Inc. introduced the sport of rowing to Cape Cod and has led in its development. Barnstable Rowing Club has provided rowing instruction and competitive opportunities for masters, youth and juniors since 1988. (email: info@barnstablerowing.org) Cape Cod Women’s Rowing Syndicate The mission of the Cape Cod Women’s Rowing Syndicate is to “support, morally and financially, the success of Cape Cod women, both juniors and masters, in national and international competition, featuring sweeps, sculls and paddles”. The Syndicate is limited to 100 exceptional women with the shared purpose of enriching and advancing the lives of girls and women through rowing. CCWRS has been founded to help fund the equipment necessary for high levels of competition, while keeping women’s rowing inclusive and affordable. The Cape Cod Women’s Rowing Syndicate seeks to lead, influence, and inspire women of all ages to pursue their competitive dreams. (email: ccwrs@barnstablerowing.org) Cape Cod Crew Cape Cod Crew is a highly competitive, well-organized junior women’s rowing program sponsored by Barnstable Rowing Club. Cape Cod Crew is open to all junior women willing to make a serious commitment to the sport regardless of high school affiliation. No experience is necessary. Through Cape Cod Crew, junior women from Barnstable, Yarmouth, Sandwich, Mashpee, Plymouth and more have the opportunity to discover rowing, train for competition, and race in regattas throughout New England.
